What is Introspective Breathwork® Therapy?
Introspective Breathwork ® Therapy is a self-healing tool and therapeutic healing modality; wonderful for integrating connection with Self and most commonly known for aiding in regulation of the nervous system. The One Breath Method™️ bends somatic practicing and meditation into it's own unique experience. Connecting with what is present for you may bring up the past, or center on recent and current events, creating tension in the body, unease in the mind, and emotions that can often feel unsafe or difficult to express... In this space, all is welcome. You are invited to come as you are and leave as you'd like to be.
Imbue is a trauma-informed support group and creative space
facilitated via zoom on the nights of the full and new moons.
After connecting with what is present, we go over information about current transits according to astrology + human design
and how these energies may be effecting the collective, or on an individual level. Further exploration through Tarot leads the group into the breathe.
This experience will be unique to you even within a group setting and all is welcome in this space.
Afterward, there is space for self-care, creative expression, and sharing.
