The Minimalist can be for subtle grey blending, routine root coverage, updating tonality, adding a pop of something unique, and maintaining or creating a new shape.
This session is most commonly used between larger sessions to stretch lived in colors OR high maintenance refreshes for existing vivid colors.
The Moderate offers the most low maintenance versatility of the bunch. Within this session I can bring your look buildable dimension on both natural or creative spectrums. Hair density and length within this level of session become slightly less combative.
If you're wanting a low maintenance but dynamic look, this is where to start.
The Maximalist is exactly what you'd expect. This is the choice for the most intricate and high maintenance looks as well as major corrections and creative shifting. If you're wanting to obtain, or maintain, a color story that is completely unlike your natural; have reason to need a color correction; or have a ton of hair that requires this much time, this is for you.

What is Introspective Breathwork®?
Introspective Breathwork ® is a self-care tool and therapeutic healing modality; wonderful for integrating connection with Self and most commonly known for aiding in regulation of the nervous system. The One Breath Method™️ bends somatic practicing and meditation into it's own unique experience. Connecting with what is present for you may bring up the past, or center on recent and current events, creating tension in the body, unease in the mind, and emotions that can often feel unsafe or difficult to express... In my space, all is welcome. You are invited to come as you are and leave as you'd like to be.
I offer both group and one-on-one experiences.
Imbue is a small group facilitated via zoom
on the nights of the full and new moons.
Typically these spaces run 2.5-3 hours.
As these are trauma-informed spaces,
they are not recorded or available for replay.
During these meetings,
we imbue in the light of fires lit by breath
& invite inspiration to ignite.
After connecting with what is present with each other, we go over information about current transits according to astrology + human design and how we may individually be feeling the effects. We also curiously explore the energy of the evening through tarot. After seeds of intention are planted, I guide the group into an introspective experience with conscious connected breath. This will be unique to you and all is correct in this space. Afterward, there is space for self-care and creative expression.
Think of this as an astral art class, talent show, or rage room; express what your breath ignites for you through your favorite medium or log the events of your day in your journal. You may want to paint, sketch, or write a poem. Some choose to read a passage from a favorite book that resonates with them. Some even focus their fuel on remaining consistent with a self-care ritual...
The invitation is to allow your breath to invoke your expression.
I will provide a reflective surface for your experience and offer invited feedback.
Ultimately, I believe that you hold all of your own answers;
basically I'm rubber, you're glue - but make it mindful.
I'm also a human in this experience with you and sometimes I'm not in the best headspace for holding others; whether that be due to my hair schedule overlapping a full or new moon evening, or some other life circumstance... During these times, other trauma-informed and certified facilitators that are in this group will take over leading the Breathe. Sometimes they may even host a themed session or series of their own out of desire rather than reliance. This is a collaborative space where everyone is invited to grow their personal and professional practices.
Personal 1:1 sessions can look all kinds of ways and are typically 2 hours.
